Does anyone remember an older yaoi manga where the protagonist is a high schooler with this cursed bloodline or something with powers. He has a brother who is obsessed with him. His lover has a tattooed arm which may contain a beast, I think. There is also a bunch of old people who drink blood from a “prince” frozen in time and locked away. The art of the eyes is really distinctive. I googled for ages and came up with nothing!!! My memory is hazy because it was so long ago. Help!
