it's an action manhwa btw and the plot goes like this
mc (originally black hair) is an assasin in his past life and he got betrayed and he died so he swore to get revenge and he wokes up in the prince's body in which the prince belongs to the opposing country he originally belonged to (the new mc is blonde) and with that body he swore to get revenge on the guy that killed him
the mc has fire attributes and he has like sum disease called cold veins or sum shit so he can't use his fire powers
