Can someone give me spoilers about who will take over as the family head? Is it MC or his half brother. And does mc have hard feelings about it? Or does he just not care? And does the half brother not want it? Or does he want it and would fight mc for it.

So... as you may already be able to tell, Cale wants absolutely no desire to be the head of the family. Throughout the novel he makes it very clear that after everything is done, he wants to retire and live the life of a rich af noble.
Before the whole isekai business, his brother was considered by everyone to be the succesor, however, since Cale has been awesome and traveling around solving problems and saving people (and so much more in the war arc to come!!!) the family and the people now kind of want him to succeed the family, including his brother!
In fact, as the novel progresses and Cale does more awesome things, his brothers under the impression that Cale will be the future head of the family, while Cale assumes that Bassen, who has trained to be the heir, will take the position. Just brothers misunderstanding each other. Bassen really wants to support his brother (who he loves dearly!!) and Lilly (the sister) wants to bcome a knight and protect the territory.
It isn't until after the war arc that Bassen tells Cale that he will support him as the head of the family and Cale is like what??? I don't want that. And Bassen is like, well who is supposed to be the heir, and Cale tells him that he should. Turns out, neither of them want the position, so they turn to Lily and she says no, she wants to be a knight. Cale compromises and tells his siblings that maybe the three of them can each do something for the family, and that he will support Bassen if he chooses to do something else. For the time being, Bassen is still the heir to the public, though.
Later on, after more shenanigans happen, and his family comes to understand what Cale really wants (and his self sacrificing tendencies) they threathen him with making him the heir if he doesn't stop being so reckless.
And moooore spoilers!!! As it turns out, Basen and Lily would often be excluded by the extended members from the Henituse family, that why OG Cale would act the way he did. He knew that the only way the extended family would stop being mean to his siblings, was for him to turn so trashy that nobody would even consider him for the heir position. OG Cale has a nice moment with his brother where he tells him that he shouldn't listen to all the people telling him he isn't a true Henituse, because he is.
It's really nice, and there is no drama besides our boy trying to resolve everything himself (:
I've read until the second book around chapter 20, and there hasn't been more talk about a battle for succession!

It is revealed that Cale transmigrating is actually due to the Death God, the one Cage serves. As it turns out, Cale is in the fantasy world, and OGCale is now in the other Korea. I say other Korea because it is actually revealed that in Cale's world, monsters actually ravaged the world, and it has become kinda post apocalyptic with monsters and people that have awakened.
Cale was one of those who awakened with two powers, and after some tragedies happen in his timeline, he becomes the team leader of his group.
By the end of the first part of the novel, OGCale and Cale have a chance to talk (and it is implied that it wont be the last time we hearfrom him) and OGCale explains that he is doing well in the modern world, that he is taking care of his subordinates, and that they have noticed the change in attitude. He also says that it's okay for Cale to be happy in that world (because Cale has always been aprehensive about taking over the OGCale's life, that'swhy he tries to be distant with his family) and they part in good terms.
