Well the mom didn’t specify, she said that you may find your future spouse or colleague or a friend. Plus wasn’t the dress also design with lots of gems too! Maybe could had been a hint that she was gonna meet more special acquaintances later on.
Remember what they said about the colour of dress and accessories on the first birthday and how the mom got the dad? Literally after they show us that we saw that the dream guy hair colour just like the dress. I think it was a hint cause they could have just continue hiding his hair like before the birthday party. Also I’m not sure but if I’m right on this than I think the blond would be the big sister husband later or something like that.
