You know why I hate female characters in such plot? Because they're always there to be "the voice of kidness and reason" and whatever bullshit authors want to attribute to women like being forgiving, nurturing, healing, etc.
The author blue balled us because we signed up for a revenge against humanity plot but this is going in the usualy shonen route more and more, I wouldn't be surprised if 30 chapters from now the MC hesitates to kill someone just because some uninvolved person is around.
I wouldn't have minded if he decided not to take revenge because his master was resurructed but nooooo let's resurruct the typical annoying bitch who goes on and on about forgivess and turn this into a silly story because we don't have enough of those
