Organising my thoughts..

God.. y'know after I finished playing 5 a couple days ago and read this. It just hits different.. like GODDAMNIT did everything makes full-sense after like seeing V's visions through this manga.

I've never been INTO the lore of the DMC series, having played it for the game's mechanics which were GODLY GOOD AS HELL. Yeah, the story's fine even though it had its moments where it's over-the-top and cheesy but that's the charm of it which I really liked. and the gameplay.. GOD I COULDN'T PUT IT INTO WORDS BUT THE GAMEPLAY IS FUCKING AMAZING, and characters are hella cool.

Dante being the wacky ass pizza dude he was. Collecting fine pieces of devilarms and very much using it effortlessly. Vergil, Dante's older twin, being the motivated serious guy. The Alpha and THE Omega; The Reclaimer of His Name; The Storm that is Approaching. Always having that Fine ass ost running into the background ‐ those were my initial thoughts. Looking at it right now, I've just been looking at its surface. Shallow pieces of a perception wrapped around my mind. Never personally delving deeper into the characters itself.

Maybe it's a good chance to learn more about Dante and Vergil. Yeah, About Vergil.. he eventually became my favorite after this. Thinking about it, V in this spin-off, I was very much surprised about the depth of his character. I know for the fact like he's Vergil's human half. Emo guy reading poetry, well there's that and here in this spin-off I came to like him as well as Vergil.


I wished I could delved more deeper with my words and my feelings about this matter but I just wanna cry.. fuck.. this is good shit... no.. I've been like in tears right now while typing this, like my guy Vergil suffered so much.. gaining PTSD and trauma over the course of his childhood upto his adulthood. He really needs therapy too including his lil bro. They didn't deserved going through that shit. I personally thanked my friend for recommending this. Just damn.. this game..
