I don't think anyone should expect romance from a read that have all three mature, smut, and drama tags.
It can happen, but it shouldn't be expected.
Anyway try "I ship my rival and me" for pure fluff (there was some really bad translation at the beginning so watch out for those) or "Merry marbling" for something more cute. If you're looking for something a bit more on the funny side I'd recommend "19 days" (beginning is some pictures and jokes but it does eventually turn into a story with panels and all).
