Why tf is this so popular like what the fuck.
The ml is such an asshole like literally nothing in the world justifies how insufferably immature he is. Like boo fucking hoo you’re traumatised but that doesn’t give you the right to act like a selfish brat and don’t even get me started in the fl who lets it slide like stand up girl!! Like she cries over every little thing omggg. This manga genuinely makes my blood boil like coming from someone who always finds a way to justify shitty people I just can’t take it anymore. He’s annoying, she’s annoying, everyone is annoying. The only person with some common sense in this manga is shuko.

You clearly didn't understand the story nor did you see Kou's POV. No he wasn't am asshole. He got manipulated and taken advantage of by a toxic friend to the point his trauma relapsed, he gave up fighting and couldn't continue moving forward. He felt guilty for forgetting his mom, thought a relationship would hurr futaba and that je didn't deserve to be happy. Are they annoying yes, but that's the point of the manga. THEY ARE TEENS making mistakes, growing, learning, facinf various issues. That doesn't make them shitty ppl I recommend reading it again tbvh.

I just think genres like this aren't some ppls cup of tea.
Like the slice of life genre, it's portrayed very
Well in this manga but that doesn't mean someone would be into it and it can especially turn frustrating when exploring a character's emotions and deep trauma and especially of a teen (they always have the most complex feelings)
