Tbh I don’t think inferna would be made an omega out of no where though. Inferna always claims to be an alpha despite him barely knowing any info or understanding the pheromones. It’s possible he doesn’t actually know what he is and assumes he’s an alpha just cause he’s a dragon and everyone else assumes that too. So he could have been an omega. So far it hasn’t shown inferna going into heat or rut, so maybe he’s a late bloomer like other stories.
But as we can see, limon is may not be an omega judging by the way he makes a big show of it and how he usually likes to handle situations with hidden motives. Letting everyone know he’s an omega makes everyone let their guard down and easier to manipulate, that includes inferna.

I'm ok with Limon either being a top-omega or a top-alpha don't really matter to me but I don't want the author to suddenly make Infera an omega outta nowhere just to make Limon turn out to be top, bc I like alpha x alpha or omega x alpha alot and that would be a breath of fresh air
