Update I finally found it.
Can't really remember but this happened in Kowloon, the MC is dr*g seller but he also owns a pharmacy then one day one of his customer/mafia boss(?) drops a guy to MC to take care off. The guy and the MC fall inlove and try to get away to the police and mafia boss. They find a small apartment in kowloon and decided to stay there.
The comics is still ongoing (not really sure if it's manhua/hwa)
