I'm sure if the situation was different then he would've stepped in, but Theo basically had tunnel vision with all his focus on his uncle. It was a traumatic situation with someone in his family he's close to. This was literally a life and death situation so I personally know I can give him a pass on this one since everyone's emotions were high. (〜￣△￣)〜
But I have a feeling now that the uncle is okay that bitch is gonna get put in her place real soon.
