I think the two will have a lot of obstacles but it'll be a happy ending. It reminds me of most of the girly yaoi manga with couples facing a lot of problems one after another and then suddenly everything gets solved and they end up happy.

This is intentionally based off Romeo and Juliet, right? Personal obligations in the way of romance, the balcony, Yohei getting beat up, there are too many similarities for it not to be. If so, we all know how it ends. :'(
