If you were to sleep through the entire ordeal, would that help? A little cough/allergy medication can help with that.
If it's giving you serious anxiety just go to your doctor and they can prescribe you something to relax you or a sleeping pill. There's nothing to be a shamed of a lot of people struggle with flying and need a bit of help. Besides from that, you could start looking up meditation techniques online so you can do them on the plane. You can also listen to music or a podcast to help distract you.

It's not the first time i travel with plane, but this time i'll go alone, there are no one i can rely to, so i'm quite anxious. 5 days from now, i'm going to fly alone. I don't want it but i have to. Maybe it's a phobia, i get really scared when i ride a plane. And i'm the type who always overthink something, until now i have my worst nightmares, first is when i die falling from a plane, and second is dying in a car crash. I just don't know what to do, everyone's saying that i was silly for thinking like that, but it's a huge deal for me. i don't want to die
