I'm guessing illegal because it wasn't manufactured in a safe sterile lab and hadn't been thoroughly tested to ensure it wasn't dangerous or had severe side effects that could harm those taking it. If he'd done it the proper way it'd probably be legal and prescribed through a doctor

We all collectively agree the drug wasn’t a bad idea? Likeeeee…he got a point. 100% on his side..The fact that the police deemed it illegal even tho it hasn’t killed any omega says a lot. I mean it is illegal, but then again there’s no side affects. It isn’t killing anybody so who cares… ╮(￣▽￣)╭
