He did say he liked him in a chapter but it wasn't 100% genuine
If I remember well, it was forced by ML. But in recent chapters he finally warm up a bit to him at least but we have a long way to go for him tto actually say he love him. In fact, I'm a bit annoyed by the fact that he is clearly straight (he said countless time already and his action do show that he is somewhat uncomfortable with skin ship with a dude) but for the sake of the story he will actually fall hard for him. Even ML wasn't gay at first but because of MC, he doesn't bother him now. Not saying it's wrong and it can happen at all but it's a bit unrealistic.
