Puzzles? There's a myriad of them. Sudoku, crossword, Wordle lol, nonograms (there's a few apps out there like Picture Cross), Connections, Vertex (this one's my favorite lol), Jigsaw, etc

Watching content. Movies, shows, YouTube, etc

Listen to music. Maybe even find a music artist, group, band, etc you enjoy and become an avid fan. (basically like being into bands or kpop groups loool)

Video games? Find your favorite one and lose yourself playing it /hj

For more active and/or social hobbies.
There's volunteering. Find a place you wanna help out in like an animal shelter, local library. If you're still a student, your school/university, or even join a club you like.

Go on runs? Or even make it walks around your neighborhood, park, or city, if it's safe for you, and explore around.

Gardening! I don't personally do it but my grandmother does. It's always cool to see the flowers she planted bloom or even some vegetables become part of our meals when it's ready to be harvested lol

Working out. Yeah, yeah, most people don't like exercising but you can make it fun if you watch and follow along to a workout session with music or it uses music in the workout like one with dance choreography to a song.
It doesn't have to be a hard workout, even just a simple one would be good.

learning a language .

Coding . Get an arduino and make your own IOT hub.... Or polymer/air dry clays theyre both fun
