Refusing to read a story because it has SA or a red flag ML is fine since it's your choice, but screaming at someone else/telling them they have brainrot for liking that story is wrong. They don't like it for the SA depiction, they like it for other parts of the story... like the plot or the character development, or the way characters overcome hardship...
