Is the novel worth it?

From all the spoilers I've read, honestly no tbh. Han Jei just seems like an overall awful character for so many reasons and not even remotely worth an ounce of love from Seojin. He basically puts Seojin through the wringer by being a piece of shit and in the end Seojin is the one that has to fight for their relationship and grovel to him (all from the spoilers I read) and it's just too absurd
Maaaan, I was clinging on to a last hope that he was just an oblivious idiot who had always been super straight and keeps missing all the clues. Boo.
Thank you for the spoiler, it saves getting disappointed after being invested for months and hoping something will change.

Such a shame. I was planning to read the novel, too. It is so frustrating seeing all these chapter with MC just pining forever. Guess I'll drop this
The way that I've already read all the spoilers since this is originally a novel, at this point I'm just sticking around cuz the art is great. I wish Seojin would give Minoo a chance but unfortunately he just becomes a punching bag for Han Jei Most manhwa adaptations I've read tend to stay faithful to the novels but this is one where i wish that wouldn't be the case. I sometimes wonder why author's write such toxic "romances" where the person that longed for the other for years still has to put up with shit once they get together. Like that's just not sweet and makes them so horribly pathetic and it's unfortunate.
