Maybe. Or it implied how our MC is already undeniably dependent on ML's guiding (i.e. trusted for the bracelet to work and drove himself to exhaustion without realizing), meaning a part of ML is already special/necessary to MC. Hard to say.
nah i think the shot at the bracelet while him saying that is that now Taegun wears it obediently. Also it means Taegun is wearing something imbued with his energy, "branding" him his in a way. The bracelet is a symbol of howTaegun has accepted him to an extent.
For such a weird plot twist they'd give more concrete information and it would mean the story itself lied to us before, honestly it wouldn't make sense. I don't think his character is meant to be a secret yandere lol. He's just being more honest with himself about the fact that he does desire him.
No him saying that means getting to be his guide and taegun having to depend on him now means he is halfway to getting to his heart
So by the panel of the bracelet and saying "he won half of the battle " implying in the end the ML is not all that pure hearted and he did manipulate the bracelet making the MC faint in front of the crowd just like what the glasses guy said but the MC brushed it off by defending his guide then
