Nah I agree and its because they are dragging it. The author created several opportunities foe real character growth and it just? Didnt happen ridiculous. I think the plot started out interesting but like it just feels like the author wants Lily to be as miserable as possible. Like if he recovers his old memories and just starts weeping out of guilt and they can move on to taking down her family we would have a story but... I fear anything but that is going to happen

I don't think the characters have as much depth as many readers here seem to claim, which makes me wonder: What kind of webtoon have you guys been reading, if you consider this sort of story and its characters complex?
A story can affect a reader's emotional state without it being complex or well written. That's what misery porn does. But i guess this is only my opinion.
On the other hand, i really love the art, especially the way the eyes are drawn, so kudos to the artist.
