So mc's current bond is the Duke. The Duke trusted by the king before he died to help mc govern and guide mc.
After the death of MC's parents. He was very depressed and was sent to the dukes villa to recouperate without any aids or advisor. This is when mc had his heat cycle. He was young (16) and thought he was a beta so he didn't know basic omega knowledge. Duke tricked me into thinking that if they bond the heat cycle would be easier and end sooner. Which is a lie. Actually marking is just neck bitting, but Duke took it to another lvl. He locked MC for months and raped him. Now whenever MC is in heat he is reliant on the Duke and when the Duke wants it he just releases pheromones so mc goes into heat.
