You can start university at that age, in my country you can even as young as 15.
University/college here doesn’t start till like 18/19. Unless they skip grades in school and are super smart. I’m meant to believe you have to have a high school diploma before you can go. That being said I know other countries have different education systems. Just clarifying why the confusion for some.

Nope secondary school and the reason is because some people start primary school early even though the right age is 5 some start younger.

I did my bachelors in pure sciences, it’s a 3 year degree. Technically I turned 20 couple months after I graduated but I still did get my degree when I was 19 (▰˘◡˘▰)
That's crazy, I started my bachelor's almost at 19
I started mine at 20. I took a gap year and then spent one year studying for entrance exams. I finished high school when I was 18.
