No it's not, who is he cheating on? All the girls he sleeps with know that he sleeps around, they're in a little group chat together. And he's not dating the dude so no cheating is occurring by page 4

Yeah I stopped reading after pg 4 because I'm not into these kind of stories. I thought it was going to be about a guy leaving a cheater and his new boyfriend was going to be better.

Chapter 1 page 3, he specifically said that everybody knew he has other people. They even have a group chat, so technically it's an open relationship. It's only cheating if you're with a partner that wants to be monogamous.
I haven't read the rest of it but at this point it's not cheating.
