I know a few:
Zhang Jing writes and draws Ayeshah's Secret and its remake/spinoff Aisha. The art is very detailed (and pretty uncanny). It's a dark retelling of Cinderella.

Shinichi Sakamoto created the Innocent duology (Innocent and Innocent Rouge) that follow executioners around the time for the French Revolution. He also has a retelling of Bram Stoker's Dracula called DRCL Midnight Children.

Vampire Hunter D is a classic. It was originally a novel series turned anime turned manga. The 2000 movie is stunning. Yoshitaka Amano did the character design for the movie and novel illustrations (and also a lot of art for the Final Fantasy video game series). He doesn't make manga.

Any of Oshimi Shuzo's works have very pretty, gothic-adjacent art. While not historical, Happiness is one of my favorites. It's about a high school boy that turns into a vampire.

Does anyone know any manga with a gothic (? Sorry i am unsure of what the artstyle is called) style or not even a manga but an artist with the style? Like castlevania or something along those lines, like the detailed beautiful art that makes you think of vampires and old timey castles
