No you're not alone. I think it's because they cry a lot or at least more than in your average story. Scenes that should be emotional become a bit silly, at least to me.
I feel like the crying is both too much and necessary. Cuz initially they portrayed as some super strong indestructuable person but now shes crying every other chapter. I get it tho why shes crying cuz of her shit situation. but still yeah... also lionel is crying too muhc imo
Am I the only one that get annoyed when the characters cry? I don't know why, but I feel like some scene doesn't even need to be cried about.
