She's wrong for stealing someone's husband. A person as incompetent, greedy and classless as her would naturally be doomed in the palace. I'm surprised she expected a different outcome tbh,
Oh, absolutely. I pity her for her starting circumstances, but what she did afterwards was uncalled for.
I feel for trashta a bit, living as a slave clearly was hard on her, and she's not wrong for trying to find a way to live better. Any person would. She did manage to do that though, she became an emperor's mistress. Certainly her position does depend on his whims, but she would already be living well by then. Isn't that enough? You have no need to covet for more, you have fine dresses and jewelry, a roof over your head and you eat and sleep well.
