Not defending anyone from either sides, just saying my opinion on this argument. I do believe the argument of fiction isn’t real life, but there should be a limit to such thing. And as you said read the tags, shounen ai focus more on romance than what the recent past few chapters have been showing. It was originally just a young child who cute crush to someone who’s older. Which isn’t anymore that’s why it rubs people the wrong way. It took 90 whole chapters to do as such that’s why majority of the people are feeling betrayed by it.

It's has always been this way, nothing has changed since ch.1 also it just doesn't have 1 tag but more than 5 tags which gives someone a rough idea about what the story will be about, if you weren't able to see that coming then that's really on you, there's nothing to be betrayed about when you're literally reading Nakayam's work and I really don't think you'll see what you initially expected it to be now.
Report here doesn't work imo because I'm sure they might've been reported many times by many people and still they're here but there's also another way to report them to admin and as @JustDieko said blocking is best but that won't make comments hidden from you, it's just that those blocked ones can't reply or send mail to you.
