Not really. I try to stay away from these type of stories but after reading the novel the story itself was interesting and it’s become one of my favorites. I can’t speak for everyone but I can separate fiction from reality. Hope this helps

Anybody can separate fiction from reality, I'm not harmed by this piece of fiction or by the fact that you read it. But if you genuinely enjoyed the story, and not the part where he gets raped/Sa, all I can say is your better than the rest of the people in this comment section.

Ohhh no I definitely did not enjoy that part I wish it didn’t even happen. Reading the novel that part was worse, I have to skip it when I read it. But yes the story was good but I don’t excuse sa sorry I misunderstood

2 years old comment; I reread and I'm older now, definitely don't enjoy it as much but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

See, when you're young and impressionable and consume most content like this^ you just get desensitized and start to censor out the bad stuff and see everything through rose-tinted glasses, hence why I liked the couple so much because I've pushed the SA to the side as just another flair of these type of stories; after ignoring that part, we end up with a couple that (mostly) matches each other's freak and have banter instead of just the typical dominating the sub relationship.

I see it with fresher eyes after reading codename anastasia (think of the "if you like _, you should try cocaine" meme but CA is the cocaine), because the love interest there is an actual psychopath.

I don't know why the thread got so long but what I will say is that I truly don't care what sort of fictional media anyone else consumes because I don't make it a habit to "yuck anyone elses yum" so I hope that relays enough information about me, the OP, that I will consume and enjoy whatever the hell I want. Don't go around preaching gospels to an atheist.
