Vampire Beru and Ghost Aki. Technically, it's not complete because the author lost the rights to it and is not allowed to finish it; however, the first season ends at a rlly good place and makes for a satisfying ending.

Isn't this author, chinese ?? _ it's the same author as '' Leo '' which is ongoing and the art is gorgeous, as in Vampire Beru and Ghost Aki ! Very luminous , watercolour-like technique, i love the art and the story !! If you don't know '' Leo '' i highly recommend !!

Thanks for the info man. I really love this manhua and was waiting for it to comeback. Needed a closure of sort . But the ending is good enough so I would say not disappointed with the author at all. I really really love their new work" Leo" .Hope this one goes on till the authors desired ending.

She talked a bit about it on Twitter. She signed a contract with Manta, but they decided to drop her story. Sounds like part of the contract made it so she legally couldn't continue the story on her own/with another platform. Unsurprisingly, she was rlly upset.
I'm waiting until Leo is complete before reading it. I'm excited to read it, but don't want to have to wait between updates. Also, you are right! I'm pretty sure she is Chinese so I guess my suggestion wouldn't rlly be counted as manhwa...
