I totally thought the same too. When Hana forced himself on Ikkun during highschool he covered his face and tried to cover his ears so that he didn't have to see his body or hear his moans. I think he just hasn't gotten over that even with that confession from Ikkun. So, it feels like it is just his own insecurities the cause of this.

Depends on the person. In general most yellow undertoned Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Koreans...) have little body hair. They also have less pores and low to no body order. It's possible that his hair would take quite some time to fully grown in.
Mine takes more than a few weeks to fully grown back. ;)
Okay it's either one of two things.
1) Hana was loose during their time apart and isn't sure how much he wants Ikkun to know that. Like maybe he's really sensitive and loud?
2) He was raped. Or in an abusive relationship.
3)...maybe he's a seme now?
