It's pretty good, nothing really toxic between the bottom and top besides pain from misunderstandings, however, the bottom's family situation is pretty toxic.. the only reason I could see people rating it low is maybe getting annoyed with how self-sabatoging the bottom can be at times (from insecurities and experiences) he also didn't really value himself, and had a lot of messy sexual relationships.. the top wasn't much better in that aspect, he didn't really care about the people he dated ever
