No its the 2nd book in the series. The series was translated in the wrong order! The real order is;
1st - Ashita, Kare no Bed de,
2nd - This book (Nemurenai Koibito),
3rd - Mou Kimi o Matanai
kusuriyubi is the fourth in the series
