Honestly if I was in that position, the minute I found out she worked there. I would have a sit down conversation and tell my partner and let them decide what actions to hold going forward. Inwoo has every right to be upset. Altough he does need to get his shit together, there are other ways to help with his depression besides crossing the boundary.
