Nobody likes real life rape (except rapists), but a multitude of women (and men) love the romanticized rape trope in fiction.
I think he's talking about AFTER the phone call when the seme was about to leave and the uke was like "why do i have to come back later just so you can finish fucking me?!". It's after this point that they start probably THE FIRST meaningful conversation about their relationship that they've had the entire manga and by the end the uke actually willing kisses the seme himself which hints that the uke has feelings for the seme after all this and is more upset that the seme isn't taking him seriously as apposed to the rape.
So i just started reading thia today .....the last chaper had me shouting no when it ended ....i need more ....but i dont like rape.......uh
