Yeah, Shin thought Jay's feelings for him is not true and he's just being used. That's why he's mad. But Jay definitely has feelings for him. He's changed plans on the spot because of shin multiple times. Like when Jay saw Shin at the Casino. He's not supposed to stay the night but he stayed. And the thing about Grenn. He's not supposed to set him free but he didn't kill Grenn because of Shin. And now this. He's not supposed to kill the gang members on that meeting but since Shin was there at the wrong time, Jay chose to save Shin instead of following the plan.
