It just feels like it could have used a few more chapters just to iron out the ending better.
pardon me, but did you miss the part where dahlia stated that the goddess agreed to her wish? that is, for her and flore to stay in the world they're in, so that she gets to stay with johan, while flore suffers in jail. that's what most likely happened, given dahlia's statement and what happened during the audience with the goddess. though, i wish they showed it. imagine the look on flore's face
