I've read rofan were the mc gets adopted into a family as a daughter-in-law, I have less issues with those. That's literally not what's going on in this story though. Even her siblings that DON'T know they're not related are in love with her, I just think that was unnecessary and kinda cruel, because like I said, she deserves some loving sibling relationships.
I’d normally be annoyed, but she literally is just meeting him for the first time in her life, so I’m not as bothered as I’d generally be.

Or maybe there's a reason why they are. And actually it's kind of funny that you say the author can't wait to reveal they're not blood related when other readers say the drama and romance is so slow which literally means the author is taking their sweet time with the romance.
Iows it means the author isn't focusing on romance or love according to others which is opposite of what you think. I also mean that even if what you say is true perhaps there's a backstory that has yet to be revealed as to WHY they love her.
