Well they would be as related to one another as every human being is related to one another. Their timeline has such a huge ass gap, that being "blood related" does not matter between the two. It only matters if your like 2nd - 3rd generation wise connected.
3rd generations have already very minimal genetic overlap. By the point the 4th generation hits they are already distant enough that there are no genetic overlaps.
They really said never let them know your next move to the next level
What concerns me more is if his family are the owner of the mold in the past and the FL's family are also the owners in the future does that mean there's a possibility that they share the same blood???
