I read a manga not too long ago about a guy (the uke, I'm assuming) that rejects his friend coldly. The friend then jumped from a (school?) building but survived the fall (we find out he survived later in the story). Fast forward several years: another guy asked him out and I think he felt responsible for the man's fate if he rejected him so he ended up dating him. Fast forward some time and he meets his friend, the one that jumped, at the subway coming up the stairs. The friend has a scar on his forehead from the fall. The friend then looks shocked because the main guy is dating a man, even when he was rejected by the guy because he was a man.
I stopped there and am unsure if there has been any new chapters.
