Why don't people think its Isekai all of a sudden? Especially when Ch. 54 shows its exactly that? If it was regression, the Huimin from the book and the Huimin from the real world would both like art. They'd both be rich, they'd both have siblings and they'd both by omegas

Because spit personality disorder exists. It doesnt manifest itself all the same, but it is rather accurately depicted that they do have similar memories, they are just fragmented due to trauma. While Huimin has remained consistent. Ive just read bit further the raws and its explained more, i just dont get why ppl are that confused unless they just read that type of story tor first time. If so it is what it is.
