Yeah but in this case isn't that easy, first when people say comments like that is because the relationship wouldn't have problems if they just talk but here they have literally been ignoring each other for years, the younger brother had been every day calling him trash and shit, the mother had pretty much only paid attention the the younger brother and forgetting the older one and the older brother had been feeing for the longest time that they shouldn't bother with him so in this case one little talk and kissing makes it seems like the whole situation was a little misunderstanding and not the actual problem is was.
Yes, but the execution of this communication was terrible. The older brother was pitted with all the blame. It was a completely irrational and unrealistic exchange of words, considering the history of the two brothers.
I think the other posters have a point there: the make-up discussion should be proportional to the problem. If it's a small problem, it makes sense that it'd be solve with just a few words, but if it's a big problem that's lasted years, you'd expect lots of more drama, like bitter recriminations, full-on crying, shouting, and maybe some random furniture and objects sent flying...

Y'all are a bunch of hypocrites, I wonder how many times ive read a comment saying "OMG, only if they sat down and TALKED, then they could resolve EVERYTHING" then a mangaka finally actually has the pairing talk through their feelings and everyone is upset that we didn't read 20 chapters of false assumptions? Like plz.
