I would cry, I cried seeing that baby. In the novel, did the MC get mad and terrified? Did he lose hope for ML?
I was wondering why there wasn’t any more children of other age groups. No large family has only one infant as their child. Besides, they wouldn’t leave an infant alone. At least a maid would have to be carrying the baby.
He definitely got scared, but I think he didn’t lose hope yet. (This was before ML killed everyone) MC did hide the baby and I don’t know if it’s going to be shown in the next chapter, but the baby gets found and is safe. Also I don’t fully remember how MC felt, I just kinda wanted to skip that whole part quickly.
Yes, when I first read the chapter I was surprised to not see the other kids. I of course I’m very happy that they are not there, but it made me question myself for what I remembered from the novel.
Right! The whole novel is a lot more violent and sexual than I anticipated. And there was a lot that I did not expect. I started reading the novel when there were already a few chapters out, but I wanted to read from the start so I just reread a lot, and there was a lot that got cut out, I believe for the best.
Chapter 62 was so much more violent in the novel. In the novel they had 3 children (the baby and two young girls, I think) and I’m so happy I don’t have to see children getting their head chopped off.
