Yeah I'm having the same problem too. I've installed an Adblock and it wasn't like this before, but since they updated the site, ads have been going haywire. These redirections make me crazy...although the Adblock still helps :/

Yeah every time i wanted to opened it always redirect to ads sometimes just 2 ads but recently more than 5 ads until i give up to open it again
I cannot enter myreadingmanga unless I use a proxy. I use proxysite.com and I'm not getting any ads, maybe the proxy helps? I also have adblock.
I'm mostly onl by my ipad, so the ads isn't much, but i think adblocks won't help much since it secretly allows specific ads to appear. I do know of a different adblock that ( to me) serious.y block every ads, so let me know if you need them ( provided the site allow adblocker)
It's been long time i didn't use proxy. ..really i want to complain but... I worry if the ads actually from them to gain fund (since their site is free)

Sure, i do need it, not just for open MRM, sometimes i open another webs (like news) and they also show ads
I'm worried if the ads contain virus bc sometimes my phone buzzing when the ads show...
Use Strict pop up blocker (if youre using firefox).

Yeah it does help. Now I only have a maximum of two redirects when I open the page occasionally. Rest is fine.

sorry for the late reply, everytime i open my laptop, it's a pain.
So the adblocker i'm using called uBlock Origin, so far there is only one ad pop up when i open MRM. Hope this help (づ￣ ³￣)づ
