I think that the lack of interactions outside of sex can be explained as this just being a f-buddy type of relationship, I don't think Nanjo is currently interested in that. Mokyeon sure is, tho, that MC can't get enough of that bottom haha.
Call me jaded but I really hope the story doesn’t go where everyone manipulate each other. I read so many dark and toxic BL that this story is vanilla in comparison and I really like that. As of right now, I really like where the story go. An oblivious bottom (Eun Nanjo) who is kind and gentle but too naive for his own good. A top (Hwang Mokyeon) who is an manwhore but have to chase after someone who is the exact opposite of him. There are many things I can list why I like this story and I really hope it doesn’t take a dark turn later on.
The characters are one of the main reasons why I like this story especially Eun Nanjo. I like characters like Nanjo a lot and I feels it’s pretty rare for characters like Nanjo to be the bottom and one of the main characters. In my opinion, characters like Nanjo tend to be the top if they’re the main characters or they’re the 2nd love interest of the main couple. Talking about Hwang Mokyeon, I like his characters but I enjoy looking at his mood change, reactions, and expressions more especially when Nanjo is hesitate or when Nanjo pull back (Ex. Chapter 12, 15, and etc). Since I already talk about the main characters, might as well talk about Chae Seonhwa the Twink just to be fair. I have no opinion about the Twink, if any thing, I am actually neutral about him. I don’t hate the Twink nor do I love the Twink. I find it hilarious that a lot of people hate the Twink which I understand why. In my opinion, the Twink is just a manwhore who just want to have fun and have sex with a lot of people. I have a feelings that if this story is about Seonhwa and his perspective, a lot of people will have a different tones (Ex. Yes Queen! He is a powerful bottom who take no bullshit! Etc.). I can go on and on about the characters but that is my general thoughts about the characters. I don’t want to spark any debate regarding the characters. If you don’t agree with my assessment, you’re entitled to your own opinion but please don’t try to correct my opinion. Topics like power-dynamic, manipulation, and etc; I have my own thoughts about it but I don’t want to make this into a 10 pages essay. This is already long as it is.
Quick thoughts regarding the story. I do like the story a lot but I do have some issues especially the pacing. There are a lot of sex scenes which was fine at first but I would like to see more interactions and connections between Mokyeon and Nanjo outside of sex. I counted all the sex scenes (including the failed sex scene, the beginning sex scene, and all the explicit sex scenes so far) and there are 6 sex scenes in different occasions plus 1 more which will most likely happen in the next chapter or so; in total there is 7 sex scenes within 18/19 chapters. If I am being extremely generous, there are at most 3 interactions (Chapter 2, 8, and 16). 7 sex scenes to 3 interactions, that is too much sex. To put in a simple term in my opinion, basically the format for this story as of right now is sex scene, 1 chapter break, sex scene, 1 chapter break, and rinse and repeat. I am still into it since it’s still pretty early in the relationships but I hope there will be more interactions/connections later on. Anyway, I ramble too much and I don’t think people give two cents about it so I am just going to stop here.
P.S - This is the first post that I give my opinion without any spoiler since this story is up to date. I don’t post unless I post spoiler for certain manga/manhwa then I will give my opinion. To be honest, I was hesitate to even post this. If anyone actually read this, thank you for even reading in the first place.

Define The Relationship wasn’t my cup of tea but highly recommend especially if you like character like Eun Nanjo and want to read from that sort of character perspective. I have my own issues with the story but it was still a good read overall.
