First and foremost, I regret buying the raw version instead of waiting for it to properly translate. I don't know Japanese that well so I was using MTL aka Google Translation. Please, take this with a grain of salt.
As of right now, the main story still have 2 more chapters to go so in total is 7 chapters. There are 2 extras for people who likes the story. Personally, I don't think it's worth it but if you want to see the MC be happy picking leftover trash, I guess it's fine. Once again, I was using MTL so I might be wrong and being very harsh for no reason.
Quick Spoiler for chapter 6 and chapter 7. I will give my thoughts afterward so you don't have to read it if you don't want to.
Chapter 6 - ML woke up and remember the time that he and the twin consummated. There were also a flashback where the ML coldly asked the twin to get married because the twin was pregnant. To the present, the ML saw the card with a phone number in the trash. He picked up the card and called the number. ML and the twin met up. I was a bit confused with this conversation. Essentially, the twin baby trap the ML. The twin and the ML talked it out. The last panel was MC's luggage.
A little bit of what was mentioned during the conversation. Almost throughout the whole conversation, the twin was apologetic. The conversation about ML liking the MC and early on was brought up. The twin brought up how ML would hang out with the twin every month and those time was the only time that the ML care about the twin hinting that the twin also like the ML. The twin also brought up the heat cycle or the estrus period which hinting that it wasn't an accidental pregnancy. Toward the end of the conversation, it was a lot of boo hoo twin boo hoo (sarcastically).
Chapter 7 - The MC took the child to school and hug the child one last time while remembering all the good moment they spent together. Back at home, the MC was ready to leave for good but of course the ML was at home to stop the MC from leaving. MC and ML went back and forth, finally the ML confessed to the MC. The MC didn't believe the ML but the ML said that he was kept saying until the MC believe him. After everything, both the MC and ML made up, kissed, had sex, and etc. At the end, they were a big happy family.
In my opinion, it would be better if the child wasn't the ML's child but sadly it was. I didn't like the ML and I still don't like the ML. The ML was a selfish spineless coward who wanted to be the good guy so much that he didn't realize that he hurt the person he claimed to like. The ML fuck around and find out, literally and figuratively. The twin mentioned that the ML would hang out with the twin, just them two alone every month; what did the ML expected would happen when an alpha and omega were together? Not to mentioned, was the ML's will that weak that he couldn't stop himself while the MC tried his damn hardest in chapter 3? Not only that, when the twin left, ML was a mess and MC had to step it up so the ML wouldn't crumble away. There are many things I can said about the ML but I am going to stop here. Once again, thank you for reading and again take this with a grain of salt.

So sorry about the confusion. Essentially, the ML told the twin to get married with the ML since the ML impregnated the twin, not married with someone else. Hopefully this clarified the confusion.

so based on your MTL-ing the raw it can be said that the twin and the ML basically do the deed everytime the twin got his heat or something? Like they're involved in some sort of "that relationship" that based on sexual needs alone(?) or sum(?) Hxjshsjsnd like why would he even do that? I’m sorry, I’ve never disliked a ML this bad (besides rapists,etc) in these type of stories. WHEW! I wish I could isekai here, and take MC away from these two trash bins.
I hope ML suggested the marriage not out of love, but responsibility since I get that Japanese culture tends to go that way instead of co-parenting/separation co parenting. And I hope ML suggested that before he began to fall for MC.
Sorry for bunch of replies and thank you for the spoilers, appreciate it. One more, do you know during the time Yuuma was pregnant, was Ren involved in the pregnancy stages? Like did they go to hospital, appointments together?
Or did Ren only find out after Yuuma gave birth?

There were 1 panel in chapter 6 and chapter 7 suggested that the ML did get involved during the pregnancy stages. During the conversation in chapter 6, the twin did said that the ML took care of the twin during the pregnancy stages as well as (ML) tried to fall in love with the twin.
In chapter 2 from MC internal monologue, "When I heard Yuuma had a child with Ren, I realized that he had become a total stranger to me.", I assumed that the MC did know before the twin gave birth. There were also a panel in chapter 7 of the ML and the twin being "lovey-dovey" from the MC POV which kind of suggested that the MC saw them together during the pregnancy stages.
I don't want to mention this in my first post because I was still a bit confuse of who did what. There was a scene in chapter 7 where the ML tried to explain his side of the story. The ML was saying something along the line like the reason why ML and the twin got "together" because they wanted the MC to be free from protecting the twin. I initially thought that was the ML's reason, but after going back and forth, I believed the ML meant the twin. Basically, the twin was even grosser than I thought he was. MC kept protecting the twin from what we saw in chapter 5 because the twin was an omega. Also in chapter 5, we saw that the twin didn't want MC to protect the twin because the twin felt bad. Instead of lessen the MC's burden by "holding his own ground", the twin went and baby trap the ML sort of knowing that the ML like the MC. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

God dang. From the start, I never liked both the twin and the ML. Based off of what the translation you used, they do suit each other— both are trash. Poor MC, he deserved way better than that.

Tysm for all of the spoiler guys. I got confused. Read chp 1 then to chp 5 just to know the ending. But its really a trash, the ML and twin. Not worthed for whatever they had reason to defend themselves. If im the twin, i wont take the ML eventhough im omega, ur bro loves him dude. Its like the basic ethic between fam. Better the MC and the kid go away from both trash. Not worthed the drama in MC's life. Like previous comment above, i want to go isekai myself, becomes a better alpha than ML and marry MC myself. Call me jaded but I really hope the story doesn’t go where everyone manipulate each other. I read so many dark and toxic BL that this story is vanilla in comparison and I really like that. As of right now, I really like where the story go. An oblivious bottom (Eun Nanjo) who is kind and gentle but too naive for his own good. A top (Hwang Mokyeon) who is an manwhore but have to chase after someone who is the exact opposite of him. There are many things I can list why I like this story and I really hope it doesn’t take a dark turn later on.
The characters are one of the main reasons why I like this story especially Eun Nanjo. I like characters like Nanjo a lot and I feels it’s pretty rare for characters like Nanjo to be the bottom and one of the main characters. In my opinion, characters like Nanjo tend to be the top if they’re the main characters or they’re the 2nd love interest of the main couple. Talking about Hwang Mokyeon, I like his characters but I enjoy looking at his mood change, reactions, and expressions more especially when Nanjo is hesitate or when Nanjo pull back (Ex. Chapter 12, 15, and etc). Since I already talk about the main characters, might as well talk about Chae Seonhwa the Twink just to be fair. I have no opinion about the Twink, if any thing, I am actually neutral about him. I don’t hate the Twink nor do I love the Twink. I find it hilarious that a lot of people hate the Twink which I understand why. In my opinion, the Twink is just a manwhore who just want to have fun and have sex with a lot of people. I have a feelings that if this story is about Seonhwa and his perspective, a lot of people will have a different tones (Ex. Yes Queen! He is a powerful bottom who take no bullshit! Etc.). I can go on and on about the characters but that is my general thoughts about the characters. I don’t want to spark any debate regarding the characters. If you don’t agree with my assessment, you’re entitled to your own opinion but please don’t try to correct my opinion. Topics like power-dynamic, manipulation, and etc; I have my own thoughts about it but I don’t want to make this into a 10 pages essay. This is already long as it is.
Quick thoughts regarding the story. I do like the story a lot but I do have some issues especially the pacing. There are a lot of sex scenes which was fine at first but I would like to see more interactions and connections between Mokyeon and Nanjo outside of sex. I counted all the sex scenes (including the failed sex scene, the beginning sex scene, and all the explicit sex scenes so far) and there are 6 sex scenes in different occasions plus 1 more which will most likely happen in the next chapter or so; in total there is 7 sex scenes within 18/19 chapters. If I am being extremely generous, there are at most 3 interactions (Chapter 2, 8, and 16). 7 sex scenes to 3 interactions, that is too much sex. To put in a simple term in my opinion, basically the format for this story as of right now is sex scene, 1 chapter break, sex scene, 1 chapter break, and rinse and repeat. I am still into it since it’s still pretty early in the relationships but I hope there will be more interactions/connections later on. Anyway, I ramble too much and I don’t think people give two cents about it so I am just going to stop here.
P.S - This is the first post that I give my opinion without any spoiler since this story is up to date. I don’t post unless I post spoiler for certain manga/manhwa then I will give my opinion. To be honest, I was hesitate to even post this. If anyone actually read this, thank you for even reading in the first place.

Define The Relationship wasn’t my cup of tea but highly recommend especially if you like character like Eun Nanjo and want to read from that sort of character perspective. I have my own issues with the story but it was still a good read overall.
I think that the lack of interactions outside of sex can be explained as this just being a f-buddy type of relationship, I don't think Nanjo is currently interested in that. Mokyeon sure is, tho, that MC can't get enough of that bottom haha.
