For those who are confuse whether the story is still in the past or present, the story is now in the present.
Chapter 18 was the start of the present time. The second sex panel in chapter 18 was the exact same one as the last sex panel in chapter 2 / first sex panel in chapter 3. Piecing the timeline, the story start in the 2nd half of chapter 3 all the way to chapter 17 (the first sex scene). After chapter 17, chapter 1 to the 1st half of chapter 3 was the second sex scene which Choi Mujin mentioned in chapter 18; quoting “Then we did it again the next day…!”. Hopefully, this clarify the confusion on the timeline of the story. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
