Yeah so here’s the thing with consent, if it’s not given it is rape/sexual assault. When the bottom is pleading and saying “no, I don’t want this” (direct quote btw) maybe that’s a sign he didn’t fucking want it. Yes it does play into his realization that he can be out and in a relationship while still being a father, but even then it is still non consensual. Saying that if he hated it he could’ve just sued the guy is completely excusing and justifying it. Ik it’s fictional, but the way you worded it just really makes it seem like his actions are justified in the context of the story, and it definitely speaks to your outlook on consent as a whole. There’s no justification for what he did.

Yeah true he did force it in the beginning, but if he didn’t the shell wouldn’t have benn broken yk, he could have sued him if he really hated it first time, deep down he also wanted a push. Im not saying it was right but this is also a way something can begin.
