Yeah so here’s the thing with consent, if it’s not given it is rape/sexual assault. When the bottom is pleading and saying “no, I don’t want this” (direct quote btw) maybe that’s a sign he didn’t fucking want it. Yes it does play into his realization that he can be out and in a relationship while still being a father, but even then it is still non consensual. Saying that if he hated it he could’ve just sued the guy is completely excusing and justifying it. There’s no justification for what he did.
