Look up any manga, scroll down until you see the list of tags for the manga, click/tap on one and other manga with the same tag will pop up. There is a search box to type in a type of tag like "crossdressing", "reincarnated", "adorable", etc. It should be in the left side of the page.
Look one up as in like u want to read it and it shows the chapters and everything.
just google it, for example: childhood friends tag mangago
