The manhwa was still ongoing and I read only the first few chapters.
The MC is an orphan who is part of a special choir, where the lead singer (MC's rival?) has a voice which can heal people and virtually cure any illness. The organisation running thos choir kidnapped the MC and lead singer when they were children. The MC has a lot of trauma. He falls for the ML who is a rich heir to some company, but he thinks the ML will never look at him because he is fat. At the same time, the ML is attracted to the lead singer who is pretty and has an angelic voice.
The MC tries to hurt the lead singer.
