Yeah no. He only did that because of like "teaching them a lesson" logically, even if he wanted to (which clearly he doesn't because moe doki doki) a marked omega gets real sick if he doesn't sleep with his alpha. So.. not possible
Why is Nanao still working at that place where he sells his body? I'm pretty sure Arisaka wouldn't just sit back and watch it happen. I hope Nanao only serves his customers food...
